Producer authorization expires two years after the date it is issued. MHBE will notify authorized producers 60 days before expiration and provide instructions as well as the due date for the renewal application.

MHBE producers must complete the required training for the 2016 Open Enrollment Period prior to November 1, 2015. Failure to complete the required “re-registration” steps with the MHBE will result in the suspension of your authorization (until the steps are completed).
